Drop Off & Pick Up Hours:

Mon - Fri: 7:30am - 12:30 pm and 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Sat: 7:30am - 8:30am and 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Sun: 7:30am - 8:30am and 4:00pm - 6:00pm

We do our best to be on time. Please do yours and call if you are running late.

New customers or return customers with new pets will need to fill our the registration form.

DOG BOARDING:

All dogs are boarded indoors and are taken out to the play yard a MINIMUM of twice daily for fresh air, sunshine, and anything else your pet “needs to do."

We have a large play area fenced in with 7’ chain link that is buried 6” deep for your dog’s protection. The two end doors open directly into the play yard so that your pet remains secure once you have checked in with us.

The rooms are private 4’ x 6’ kennels. There are also two larger 5’ x 6’ rooms for multiple pet families (first come, first service – please request when making reservation). All rooms are cleaned at least twice daily. Rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each stay. The kennel area is cooled with air conditioning in the summer and heated via radiant, in-floor heating in the winter.

We also have an isolation room located off of the reception area that contains 3 kennels. These rooms are used only if the back kennels are full or if your pet needs special care (recent surgery, poor health, etc.). They are private 4’ x 6’ kennels like those located in the back kennel area.

We request that you please bring your own regular food. The animals are already stressed from being away from you; therefore, we prefer not to add to it by changing their diet. Please bring each meal portion in a separate zip-lock bag or provide a scoop so that we can measure accurately. You are welcome to bring treats, toys, and bones for your pet.

Vaccinations Required for Dogs:

The following vaccinations are required:

Parvo/Distemper (DHLPP) Combo - start services at 6 weeks of age
Rabies - needs to be 4 months of age
Bordetella/Kennel Cough - any age (vaccination offered here for $20)

Records must be current and provided (in writing from a veterinarian) before your pets can stay in the boarding kennels.

CAT BOARDING:
All cats are housed in a separate area that provides a quiet, stress-free environment with windows to allow in natural light. Each room is a 3 level suite with each level 2 X 3 feet. Cats are let out into the cat room twice each day to play or lounge. All rooms are cleaned and litter boxes scooped twice daily. Rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
